How fast can you get a team started?
Scope and quote in 5 working days. First engineers onboarded in week one of signed SOW. For a 4-person pod, you'll see commits in your repo within 10 business days of go-ahead.
Do you do fixed-price or time-and-materials?
Both. We quote both for every scope. Fixed-price when requirements are clear and ownership of risk shifts to us. T&M when scope evolves and you want weekly transparency. Managed services (SLA) for anything we run after it ships.
Can we hire your engineers directly later?
Yes. No buyout fees after 12 months of engagement. We'd rather you keep a great engineer than lose a happy client.
Where are your engineers based?
All US-based. Headquarters in McKinney, Texas, with remote engineers across US time zones. We match the mix to how your team wants to work.
What's your minimum engagement size?
2 engineers for 3 months on T&M, or $25k on fixed-price. Smaller than that and the overhead eats the benefit.
